No Finish Line
The slow snail the fast fly teases and taunts;
his blinding speed the fly boastfully flaunts.
But as the fly zips and zaps low and high,
he’s caught in a spider’s web, doomed to die.
Take note: To each his time, to each his pace;
life need not be a constant rigid race.
You may sprint your way and I may crawl mine;
in life, there really is no finish line.
